Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO strategies, tools, and techniques to optimize our website, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO:

✅ Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for search engines
✅ Conduct keyword research and implement SEO-friendly content strategies
✅ Ensure proper internal linking and URL structure

Off-Page SEO:

✅ Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, and partnerships
✅ Manage directory submissions, social bookmarking, and local SEO efforts
✅ Improve domain authority and page authority

Technical SEO:

✅ Perform website audits to identify and fix technical issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors)
✅ Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and performance
✅ Implement structured data markup (schema.org) for better search engine visibility

Content Strategy:

✅ Work with the content team to create SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and property listings
✅ Ensure content aligns with target keywords and user intent
✅ Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings

Analytics and Reporting:

✅ Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
✅ Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates
✅ Prepare detailed SEO reports with actionable insights

Competitor Analysis:

✅ Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify improvement opportunities
✅ Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates

Requirements

✔️ Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role
✔️ Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
✔️ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
✔️ Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
✔️ Analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Experience in the real estate industry
✅ Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimisation
✅ Familiarity with PPC and social media marketing
