Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Tele-caller to join our luxury real estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing or sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-end customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales by connecting with potential clients and guiding them through the luxury real estate buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to present luxury real estate properties.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up on inquiries, and maintain a database of prospective buyers.
Provide detailed property information and answer client queries.
Set appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Work towards meeting monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Keep updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle high-end clients and provide personalized service.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the luxury segment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
