About the Role
Property Kumbh is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele-Callers to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating quality leads through outbound calls, following up with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings for our residential and commercial real estate projects in Lucknow.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with good communication skills who want to build a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate new leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Handle inbound inquiries received through website, social media, ads, and walk-ins.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and interest level.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for property showings.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential buyers/investors.
- Update market feedback and competitor information to the sales manager.
Role Requirements / Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate: Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome)
- 10+2 with good communication skills can also apply
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or BPO.
- Prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or sales will be an advantage.
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, email).
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn incentives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
Preferred Qualities
- Prior real estate tele-calling experience.
- Knowledge of Lucknow real estate market.
- Energetic personality with positive attitude.
