About the Role
Property Kumbh is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead our sales efforts in Lucknow. You will be responsible for driving the sale of residential and commercial properties, achieving revenue targets, building a high-performing sales team, and expanding Property Kumbh’s market presence in the Lucknow real estate sector.
This is a leadership role ideal for someone with strong real estate sales experience, excellent people management skills, and a deep understanding of the local Lucknow property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Team Leadership & Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide training to improve selling skills.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients (investors, end-users, NRIs, and corporate buyers). Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis of Lucknow’s real estate trends, competitor pricing, demand-supply dynamics, and emerging opportunities to create effective sales strategies.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and site visits to negotiations, closing deals, and handover coordination.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing, open houses, and events to generate quality leads.
- Broker & Channel Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and referral networks to expand reach.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional client service throughout the buying journey to achieve high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
Role Requirements / Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate: Any Graduate
- Postgraduate: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred)
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial projects).
- Minimum 2–3 years in a Sales Manager / Team Lead role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the Lucknow or Uttar Pradesh real estate market.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Deep knowledge of Lucknow real estate market, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), MS Office, and digital sales tools.
