Job Opportunity: Assistant Sales Manager at Property Kumbh India Pvt. Ltd.

Job Description:

Property Kumbh India Pvt. Ltd., a premier real estate company, is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sales Manager in managing daily store operations and driving sales. This role requires an individual who is passionate about sales and customer service, with the ability to establish and expand customer relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales with existing customers and develop new business within the assigned territory.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and provide updates on service, pricing, and new product releases.
• Establish, maintain, and grow the customer base.
• Expand business opportunities through different market routes and aggressively achieve sales targets.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with customers and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist in developing strategies to boost sales, handle customer complaints, and recruit new sales staff.
• Supervise and guide the sales team, delegating tasks as needed in the Sales Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales quotas.
• Motivate the sales team with incentives and monitor their performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Regularly attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate, with 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in sales, revenue generation, and client handling, preferably in real estate.

Compensation:
CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹12 LPA per annum + Incentives
